Finals diary, part 4: A busy week

I finally submitted my thesis this week!17883617_653038241548649_3757377756430778733_n

After that, I had two collections (mock exams) on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning. As you can imagine, this meant that I have been pretty busy for this entire week, and unfortunately didn’t really have the time to write a mid-week entry for this blog like I normally do.

As I mentioned in my last post, as to revision, I’ve generally been focusing on past papers. On Friday I wrote up a massive and very detailed revision plan for every week up to my exams (less than seven weeks left now – 47 days!) , which I will start tomorrow. Last night an acquaintance messaged me out of the blue inviting me to a party, so as you can imagine today has not been the most productive. In general, though, I am feeling very good and optimistic. The sun is shining strongly today, and I’m starting to really look forward to the end of my exams and the start of the next stage!

Unfortunately I still have not had an answer from the British council, though I know that my application has been passed to the partner organization in Germany. I know that the deadline for letting us know is the 30th April, so I suppose in practice that must mean that I will find out next Friday at the latest!
